Well he can a) suck it up and just pay the extra cost - not; b) cut your pay by the amount of the increase for insurance; c) lay you off or fire you; or d) cut health insurance and pay the 8% penalty and put you on the government plan.

Now be rational, think about it, and what logical conclusion do you come to? D, of course, because your boss won't want to go out of business to provide you with health care. Part-time people? You're history...

By the time they are done with it nobody could have a job.
